What Can and Cannot Be Returned

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
This is on us — completely. WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a full replacement or issue a complete refund within 24 hours. No return pickup needed. No forms. This is our mistake and we own it entirely.
