NAMAease is an ecommerce store registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, selling everyday problem-solving products to customers across all KSA regions. We operate online at x3nt0a-tq.myshopify.com.
2. Placing Orders
By placing an order with NAMAease, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout including VAT
- For COD orders, you agree to pay in full upon delivery
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if we cancel your order.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT. We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is due at the time of order, or upon delivery for COD orders. We use certified secure payment processing — your financial data is protected at all times and never stored on our servers.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses across all regions of Saudi Arabia. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees — delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. 5. Returns and Refunds
Our 14-day return policy applies as detailed on our Returns and Exchanges page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, or as store credit or bank transfer for COD orders. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our stated eligibility criteria.
6. Product Information
We make every effort to display products accurately on our website. Colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable after placement, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
